Refund & Fee Policy

A $300 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.

Please note this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds are based on the date of your withdrawal or cancellation request.
Program-related costs (such as LiveScan, medical exams, TB/COVID tests) are non-refundable.

Students who do not successfully complete the program are not eligible for a refund.

These programs follow a strict no-refund policy. Once you’re enrolled, tuition cannot be refunded.

Students must attend their scheduled clinical training.

A $250 rescheduling fee will apply if clinicals are missed and need to be rescheduled.

We offer two flexible learning options:

Synchronous (Instructor-Led)
Asynchronous (Self-Paced)

If you’re on a payment plan, your schedule and terms will stay the same.

Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method.
